Shipping / Handling
Eleven5 offers USPS Priority Mail shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Orders are processed and ship within 3 business days. Shipping times will vary based on your location but will take no longer than 3 business days.
Please ensure that all shipping and billing information is correct to avoid any unnecessary delays.
While our orders are processed as quickly as possible, we understand that some things come up suddenly. If you need to expedite your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
All products will ship with USPS Priority Shipping within 3 business days. The timeframe for international mail can vary depending on your location. Please be advised that once an item leaves the US, the insurance and tracking are no longer applicable.

Returns / Store Credit
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer returns on any printed materials or accessories. If you receive an item that you are not satisfied with, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be more than happy to discuss store credit options with you.
We offer the ability to receive store credit within 14 days of purchase for items that are in original condition. For printed materials, the items must not be ripped or torn. For accessories, the items must not have signs of wear with the tags still attached.
